?Senior HR Administrator - Reward & EVP | Global Professional Services FirmAs part of a collaborative and forward-thinking HR function, this role will provide vital support across reward related processes including annual salary and bonus reviews, promotions, and progression cycles. You'll also contribute to key EVP initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience globally.
? What you'll be doing:Supporting the delivery of salary, bonus, and promotions cycles across multiple jurisdictions.
Coordinating data for benchmarking, benefits, and reward-related activities.
Collaborating closely with HR teams, business stakeholders, and global colleagues.
Assisting in policy maintenance, system updates, and data reporting.
Supporting the roll-out of global benefit renewals and regulatory changes.
3+ years' administration experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
Advanced Excel skills with strong data handling ability.
Detail-driven, organised and proactive, with strong communication skills.
Experience supporting reward or compensation cycles is advantageous but not essential.
