Senior Administrator

Middleton - driver required

Up to £32k per annum (depending on experience)

Are you a highly organised and proactive individual? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a keen eye for detail? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client as a Senior Administrator.

The Role:This role is a mix between administration, customer service and logistics. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of processes, ensure deadlines are met and collaborate with the wider team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to arrange deliveries
• Update the CRM system accurately and regularly.
• Conduct regular audits
• Manage communication with clients and the technical team
• Prepare client reports
• Oversee the logistics couriers and the fleet of cars
• Assist in developing and maintaining processes and provide training to staff.
• Engage with the Quality Team to support accreditation and certification efforts.
• Perform other related tasks as required.

Skills and Experience:

• Highly organised, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual.
• Previous senior administration experience
• Ability to manage your own workload and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
