Senior Administrator & PA - LondonMy client is fats growing property business with an outstanding reputation in the market and their community approach is what makes them stand out.They are seeking a Senior Administrative Coordinator with PA capabilities to play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership and ensuring the smooth operation of the office and front-of-house services. Contract: Full Time | Permanent Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pmSalary: £30,000 - £32,000 + amazing company benefits (including 25 days holiday, enhanced mat/pat pay, health insurance, life assurance, discounts of retailers and restaurants, season ticket loan and more!)This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact.About the role As Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will:
- Lead and manage the front-of-house team, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all visitors.
- Oversee office operations including mail, room bookings, supplies, catering, and facilities management.
- Provide high-level administrative and project management support to the Senior Development Team and other senior leaders.
- Manage diaries, prepare documents, coordinate logistics, and act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and office management standards.
- Handle procurement, budgets, supplier management, and financial administration (e.g., invoices, purchase orders, credit card reconciliations).
About you!
- 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative, office management, or similar role.
- Proven team management experience, demonstrated in previous roles.
- Full legal right to work in the UK without restrictions.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures and facilities management, including liaising with building managers to maintain office standards and resolve issues.
- Discreet and diplomatic, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- A collaborative team player who builds trust and positive relationships across all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with prior experience in a senior administrative or Executive Assistant capacity.
- Resilient and composed under pressure, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
