Senior Accounts Payable Clerk - Mitchell Adam : Job Details

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional ready to take the next step in your career? A well-known global manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to join their high-performing finance team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on building relationships across departments, and wants to play a key role in driving process efficiency.

Within this role you will be responsible for overseeing invoices processing, including high-volume supplier and subcontractor invoices, as well as reconciling delivery notes, statements and supplier accounts. You will be the go to for managing and resolving all queries, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner. When it come to month end, you will be supporting the AP Manager and Supervisor to process key reports and ultimately close down the ledger. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills further and take that first initial step into management by training new colleagues.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Be a confident and outgoing individual with great communication skills, as you will regularly engage with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to support colleagues with complex tasks.
• Be a team player, not only will you be challenged with completing your own work, you will help support colleagues in specific projects, tasks and training.
