Senior Accounts Payable Clerk - Mitchell Adam : Job Details

This company is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to join their Finance team. This is a brilliant role for a keen individual looking to step into a role where their experience and intuition with end-to-end Accounts Payable processes will be valued and contribute to the success of the team. Managing a complex and high value ledger whereby you will be liaising with high profile stakeholders makes this role uniquely varied and interesting. In this role, you will be solely managing your own ledger, giving you autonomy to self-manage your day-to-day duties to ensure processes are running smoothly and all queries are resolved.

As the sole Senior Accounts Payable clerk, you will cover a range of duties including but not limited to bank reconciliations, supplier reconciliations, payment runs, and closing the ledger during month end. • Due to the nature of the role whereby you will be managing your own ledger it's essential that you have an in-depth knowledge and experience with Accounts Payable processes.
• Prior experience solely managing an Accounts Payable ledger is advantageous but not a requirement.
• Demonstrate strong self-management skills with a prior track record of self-organising your day to day.
• Demonstrate excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills to build strong rapport with clients and resolve queries.
