The Senior Accounts assistant will assist the team across the finance function ensuring the smooth running of the AP/AR functions as well as assisting with month end and gaining exposure to accounts.

• Processing Purchase/Sales invoices
• Manage inbox and support manger and juniors when necessary
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Processing BACS payments
• Handling supplier queries
• Assisting with Month end and balance sheet
• Financial reporting

• Accounts experience
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, and technical skills

• Proficient Microsoft Office and accounts software SAGE/XERO or similar
