Senior Accounts AdministratorUtilities Husbands Bosworth, Lutterworth, Leicestershire LE17 6JLPermanent£27,000 to £42,000 plus pensionJob Ref: J113669We need a professional, competent and willing Senior Accounts Administratorfor a firm doing utilities and telecoms work in Husbands Bosworth Part or full-time, Monday through Friday. Anyone who wants to work part time, the office hours are 9 until 15 three days per week (or something like that).Salary: £27,000 - £42,000 per annum (pro rata for part time).* Xero Accounting essential* Significant accounts experience* Have excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy. You will report to the Accounts ManagerThis role is based at our local office Monday-Friday, where you will report to the Commercial Manager.You will: * Run the sales ledger, raising and entering invoices. There will be 30 invoices a week/130-140 per month.* Processing sales orders and purchase orders.* Monitoring outstanding payments and proactively chasing overdue debt.* Processing Receipts/Expenses.* Bank reconciliations and general ledger.* All other day-to-day accounts/office duties e.g. maintaining accurate files and entering data in a timely fashion including any adhoc duties.You will be:* A friendly, grounded and trustworthy individual.* Ability to maintain good strong relationships with staff and other external parties through excellent communication via telephone and email.* Ability to learn efficiently new processes and procedures.* Organised and able to deliver work timely, efficiently, accurately and at a high standard.Your experience will be:* Significant years accounts/finance experience.* Experience with Xero Accounting is essential.* Proficient with Outlook & Excel.* Experience working in the utilities or telecoms sector is not essential but would be an advantage.Would suit a Purchasing Assistant, an Administrator, Junior AccountantTo apply speak to Cindy AndersonWe also have roles in Projects, Engineering, Site Management, Operations Management, Site Engineering, Design, Health and Safety and Compliance
