Senior Accountant - Butler Rose : Job Details

Senior AccountantWolverhamptonSalary £40,000 - £50,000 Butler Rose, public practice is delighted to be supporting our client, looking to expand its team of accountants based in Birmingham. Looking for an ambitious Accountant who's seeking career progression.

Role Requirements -

• Undertake and mentor juniors in relation to general bookkeeping.
• Prepare, review and/or sign off VAT returns.
• Prepare, review and sign off trail balances.
• Prepare, review and sign off corporate accounts.
• Prepare, review and sign off CT600s.
• Prepare, review and sign off monthly payroll & CIS filings.

Personal Requirements -

• ACA/ACCA Qualified Accountant (or equivalent).
• Solid accounting experience and a solid grounding in accounting principles, key tax matters (Corporation Tax, Personal Tax etc) and software systems.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused, solutions-oriented mindset are essential.
