Senior Accountant - Bennett & Game Recruitment : Job Details

Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager required to join our client, a Chartered Accountancy Practice based in Stockport to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This close-knit Accountancy Practice works with a range of clients to offer tailored services.

You will be responsible for communicating with clients as well as delegating work to junior members of staff.

• Preparation of year-end accounts for a variety of clients
• Preparation of Month End Accounts
• Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Management Accounts if possible
• Drafting of tax computations
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Other ad hoc work as required
• Client Management
• Reporting to Directors

• Minimum 3 years' experience within Accountancy Practice
• Audit experience extremely beneficial
• QBE or AAT qualified
• Previous experience with IRIS beneficial
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Based locally to Sutton Coldfield

• £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
• 9am - 5pm
• 25 days + bank holidays
