Your new firmA Chester based Accountancy firm are seeking to recruit an experienced and confident Senior Accountant to join their team. This firm provides a range of accountancy and subcontracting solutions to a range of sole trading and SME clients. Your new roleAs Senior Account, you will be responsible for the preparation of statutory and year end accounts, VAT returns, and liabilities for clients. The majority of the clients you will support will be sole traders and some SME's. You will be responsible for providing monthly financial reviews to your clients and you will be responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships. You will also assist with managing phone and email queries from clients.What you\'ll need to succeedThe ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience handling accounts within a practice and will be AAT qualified or part ACA qualified. You will need strong IT skills with experience in accounts software. If you have strong accounts experience, the ability to manage your own workload and a confident personality, this will be an excellent opportunity.

What you\'ll get in returnIn return, you will be offered a competitive salary between £27,000 and £35,000 dependant on experience. You will be working within a newly renovated modern and open plan office and will have access to a competitive firm wide benefits package including 23 days holidays plus bank holidays, pension contributions, study support, healthcare scheme and free company parking.
