Senior Accountant Hybrid - Essential Employment : Job Details

Senior Accountant (Hybrid) needed in Worthing, £23.38ph PAYE - Reference: 5275039

• As a Senior Accountant, reporting to the Principal Accountant within the Accounting section, you will work as part of the wider finance function, supporting financial operations.
• Your role will be to provide accountancy support to Heads of Service & Budget Managers.
• You will assist these Managers in managing their financial affairs including; Preparing the Revenue Budgets, Final Accounts & regular monitoring of specified services during the Clients’ annual budget cycle, closure of accounts and monthly monitoring reporting cycles.
• This will be in accordance with set deadlines.
• Your role will also include participation in specified projects, to give ad hoc financial advice, to propose options and propose solutions for dealing with the financial issues raised by departmental projects.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
