SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER - GLOBAL ICT SALES

CITY OF LONDON

£60,000 + FREE TRAVEL LONDON ZONE 1-6

A leading global Fortune 300 telecommunications company is hiring for a Senior Account Manager to join its team on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to build relationships and expand the existing customer base, bring in new customers and corporations by providing the full ICT service portfolio. You will create new sales funnels and opportunities and create new structures, such as Sales Agents and channels, to support these activities as well as the achievement of the sales targets.

As a Senior Account Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Commit to meeting the targets and MP revenues and profits designated by the Division and Company
  • Understand the strengths & limitations of the company and establish strategy around this to increase revenue
  • Create achievable Sales funnel(s) and commit to its implementation.
  • Winning new Customers
  • Establish and develop your own customer targets and strategic outreach to potential customers
  • Fully understand and use the company's strength to enable creating a winning sales strategy
  • Visit potential customers designated by the LM & Division, to sell the companies product and services
  • Good communication with other depts., to facilitate the support of sales promotions; e.g., SI, Security, BM and ICTOPS
  • Share your experience and knowledge to facilitate the smooth running of the division and help other team members, especially junior and sales support, to develop their own sales skills and accounts.
  • Co-working and supporting both the Sales colleagues at all levels as well as from other divisions
  • Provide reports to LM on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and also whenever requested by LM

As a Senior Account Manager you will:

  • Have previous experience in a senior ICT sales position
  • Proven & demonstrable ability to develop and win new customers.
  • Proven previous experience of good win ratio, especially in ICT Sales.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with Customer's, Carrier's and Partner's management level
  • Ability to produce high level documentation & presentations and marketing material as well as a quality service to all
  • Excellent knowledge of Security products, especially Next Generation, virtual, FW, MDR, Zero Trust etc.
  • Dependable and professional
  • Excellent knowledge and proficiency for ICT services, especially network, solutions, & securit
  • Good technical computer and software skills. Ability to delegate responsibilities and take lead on bids
  • Excellent communication skills / Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Japanese language and Japanese cultural understanding an advantage
