We’re partnering with one of the most exciting names in premium cosmetics to recruit an International Senior Account Manager (Middle East). This high-profile role will lead the commercial partnership with Sephora as the brand accelerates its expansion across the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, UAE).

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the trading relationship with the Sephora account across multiple Middle Eastern markets
  • Deliver growth in revenue, margin and market share across premium and mass cosmetics categories
  • Manage the full P&L, building compelling customer and channel strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Finance, Supply Chain and Global Sales
  • Present to and influence senior stakeholders up to VP/Global level
  • Act as a visible leader and role model within a high-performing commercial team

Experience required

  • Proven NAM/SNAM experience managing Sephora(either UK, Europe or International)
  • Strong beauty/cosmetics/similar category commercial background
  • Confident P&L owner with sharp commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Gravitas, pace and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in fast-growth environments
  • Collaborative, ambitious and excited to help build a global powerhouse brand
