The business is looking for a Senior 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their expert team and play a key role in delivering high-level Microsoft Azure technical support, and helping shape the future of the service offerings. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled IT professional with a strong background in Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualisation technologies to thrive in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Senior 3rd Line Engineer - What You'll Do

• Provide 3rd line/ 4th line support and resolve complex technical issues
• Manage escalated tickets
• Conduct audits, health checks, and contribute to service development
• Collaborate with the Service Desk Manager and technical consultants

Senior Infrastructure Engineer - What You'll Need

• Previous experience working for a MSP
• 3+ years in 3rd line support or 1+ year in a senior role
• Very strong technical skills in Microsoft Azure technologies
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
• Flexibility to travel to client sites and participate in a monthly on-call rota
