SEND Teaching Assistant SEN TA - Randstad Education : Job Details

Randstad is searching for a passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Moston (M40). This is a full-time, long-term position starting in September and lasting for the entire academic year.

This role is ideal for a dedicated individual who has a strong background in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and is looking for a stable and rewarding position.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 6 months of experience in a similar role within a UK-based school.

• A minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification from a UK institution.

• Experience in either a mainstream or SEND school environment.

• The ability to commit to a full-time schedule (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM).

• A nurturing and encouraging approach to learning.

• The desire to build a strong, consistent relationship with a child to aid their progress and well-being.
