Are you a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant seeking a long-term role in a supportive primary school environment?

Randstad is partnering with a wonderful primary school in the heart of Withington (M20) to recruit a dedicated SEN TA to support children with diverse needs. This is a full-time position (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM) for the academic school year, starting in September.

We are looking for someone with:

• A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally with a focus on SEN.

• The ability to build strong, positive relationships with children.

• Experience working with children with various Special Educational Needs, whether in a mainstream or specialist setting.

• A calm and patient approach to support pupils' learning and emotional well-being.

• A genuine passion for making a difference in a child's educational journey.
