SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a welcoming and inclusive 1-form entry school in Harlesden, who are looking for a compassionate and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join their KS2 team.

• Supporting a Year 5 pupil with autism and sensory processing needs.

• Working closely with the SENCO, Speech & Language Therapists and class teacher.

• Promoting communication, emotional regulation, and learning goals through visual and sensory strategies.

• Has experience supporting children with autism or other SEND needs.

• Is calm, consistent, and has strong behaviour management skills.

• Comfortable using visuals, PECS or sensory tools (training can be provided).

• PAYE only - no umbrella deductions.

• Access to National College CPD and SEND-focused training.
