SEND Teaching Assistant - RomfordStart Date: As soon as possiblePay: £90-£100 per day (dependent on experience)

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be based in our resourced provision, working closely with students from Year 7 to Year 11. You will play a key role in helping pupils with a range of special educational needs reach their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.

We are looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant who:

• Is committed, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young people

• Has experience or a strong interest in supporting learners with additional needs

• Can work collaboratively with teaching staff and SEN professionals

• Has excellent communication skills and a nurturing approach
