Engage Education are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to become part of a team in West London, supporting neurodiverse young people aged 7 -11. The students all have Education, Health and Care plans, with needs such as SEMH, ASD, and related conditions. The School's aim is to foster an environment where students can develop socially, emotionally, and academically.
The school follows a therapeutic approach to education, with strong pastoral care and behaviour management strategies. Within the Primary environment the focus is on providing high-quality education in a nurturing setting. The students here may have been excluded from mainstream primary education or are currently non-attenders. It is essential that the teacher creates a safe, secure, and student-centered environment that prioritizes the well-being of each pupil.
