Aspire are looking for a committed and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Wednesbury on a full-time, long-term basis (5 days per week).About the Role:You will be working with children who have a range of special educational needs, including:Autism (ASC)Sensory processing needsSEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health)SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties)Your role will involve providing tailored support either 1:1 or in small groups, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment for every child.Requirements:Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.Professional references covering the last 2-3 years.Prior experience supporting children with SEN is essential.A patient, reliable, and proactive approach to supporting learning.Key Details:Location: WednesburyStart: ASAPDays: Monday to Friday (full-time)Duration: Long-termIf you are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and meet the criteria above, we would love to hear from you.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
