SEND Business Analyst - InvitISE Ltd : Job Details

We’re looking for a SEND Business Analyst for our local authority client on an initial 6-month contract, mostly remote, paying up to £500 per day Outside IR35 for our public sector client based in Liverpool.

You will support the ongoing development of a performance framework for the SEND service, including finalising KPI sets, improving data collection processes, and working alongside data teams to deliver effective reporting.

You will need to hit the ground running and bring a strong understanding of SEND services, performance management, and business analysis within a local government context.

You must have experience supporting senior leaders and working with Power BI/data teams to deliver insight-led dashboards.

The successful SEND Business Analyst will possess proven skills in:

• Finalising and prioritising KPI sets for the SEND dashboard

• Reviewing and improving data collection systems and processes

• Improving data inputting and efficiency across services

• Supporting development of SEND and DMP dashboards alongside Power BI developers

• Assisting the Head of Service with performance management tools for SEND managers and teams

• Producing performance reports and analysis for boards and working groups

• Supporting the wider use of data and insights across the SEND service

• Contributing to the JD/PS development for a permanent SEND Business Analyst role
