Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistants - Day-to-Day Supply & Long-Term CoverLocation: Greater ManchesterContract Type: Flexible (Full-Time, Long-Term, Day-to-Day Supply)Salary: Competitive, based on experienceAbout the Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with complex needs.
• Assist in delivering tailored learning plans to support academic and emotional development.
• Work closely with teachers and therapists to create a nurturing and structured environment.
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies to support student engagement.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with ASD, SLD, or other complex needs.
• A patient, understanding, and resilient approach to supporting students.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant desirable but not essential).
