We are currently recruiting dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across a variety of SEND schools in Rotherham. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils with diverse needs while enjoying flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs.
• Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with SEN pupils is essential.
• Ability and willingness to travel to different schools across Rotherham.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
