Salary: £100 - £125 per dayLocation: Hammersmith & Fulham, West London (excellent transport links across the borough)Start Date: September 2025 - full academic year commitment

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and resilient Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Key Stage 1 class for the full academic year. This role involves supporting pupils with a wide range of complex needs, including communication difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, and learning challenges. Experience with behaviour management is highly desirable, as many pupils will require consistent strategies to support engagement and progress.In this role, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning and emotional needs.

  • Assist pupils with personal care, daily routines, and classroom participation.

  • Work closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to adapt learning resources and strategies.

  • Encourage independence and confidence through structured support and positive reinforcement.
