We are currently recruiting dedicated individuals to join our team for both long term placements and flexible day to day supply roles across a variety of educational settings.About the Role You will be supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs including those with autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and physical disabilities. Your role will involve

• Providing tailored support in classroom and one to one settings
• Assisting with personal care needs sensitively and professionally
• Promoting independence engagement and emotional wellbeing
• Collaborating with teachers and support staff to deliver inclusive education

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience supporting SEN in a childcare school or specialist setting
• Confidence in delivering personal care
• A nurturing patient and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work full time part time or on a supply basis
