Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs? Reed Education, working in partnership with The Lancashire Teaching Agency, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to support pupils with a range of complex needs across schools in Lancashire and Fylde.

About the Role: You’ll be supporting pupils with diverse needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, communication challenges, and both speaking and non-speaking learners. Your role may also involve personal care tasks such as feeding and toileting, always with dignity and respect at the forefront.

Experience working with SEN Children and a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or relevant equivalent) are both required for this role.

• Supporting pupils in classroom and outdoor settings
• Leading or assisting with engaging activities
• Adapting to different roles and environments based on pupil needs
• Working collaboratively with a team of passionate educators
