?? What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver tailored support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Collaborate with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt learning strategies
- Create a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment that fosters growth and connection
- Lead and assist in engaging activities that spark motivation and build confidence
- Track progress, celebrate wins, and share insights with staff and families
- Take part in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and deepen your impact
? What You’ll Bring
- Experience working with children or young adults, especially those with SEMH needs
- A strong understanding of the emotional and behavioural challenges students may face
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build trust
- Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping students thrive
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent) is a plus
