We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a Catholic primary school situated in Barnes. The school provides education for children aged 4 to 11, offering a nurturing environment where pupils are encouraged to thrive academically, socially, and spiritually. Its vision is to cultivate confident, caring, creative, and healthy young people who make responsible contributions to the world around them. The inclusive curriculum ensures that all children are fully involved in school life, including lessons, playtimes, religious worship, and trips. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your role will include:

• Supporting children with special educational needs in both one-to-one and group settings.

• Assisting teachers with adapting lessons to meet the needs of all learners.

• Promoting confidence, independence, and participation among pupils.

• Encouraging inclusion in all aspects of school life, from the classroom to wider activities.

• Contributing to the school's nurturing ethos as a valued SEN Teaching Assistant.

• Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service

• Right to work in the UK

• Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.

• A caring, patient, and supportive approach to working with children.
