• 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN

• Help pupils regulate behaviour and access the curriculum

• Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to adapt resources and learning

• Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a child-support role

• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
