SEN Teaching Assistant - Reeson Education : Job Details

Reeson Education is recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join supportive and inclusive primary schools in Waltham Forest from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant who wants to make a genuine difference to children with special educational needs.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be supporting pupils with a range of needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, and speech and language difficulties, either 1:1 or within small groups. Schools in Leyton, Walthamstow, and Chingford are seeking passionate individuals ready to contribute to inclusive classrooms.

• Daily rate: £82.14 - £100 depending on experience

• Full-time, term-time role starting September 2025

• 1:1 or group support for pupils with additional needs

• Collaborative staff teams and strong SEN leadership

• Experience working with SEN in a classroom or youth setting

• A patient, adaptable and proactive personality

• Confidence in supporting children with additional needs

• A willingness to work across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
