Randstad Education is searching for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Manchester school. You'll play a vital role in helping pupils with complex needs overcome daily challenges and celebrate their progress.

Preferred Skills:

• At least 6 month's experience supporting children or young people with SEN
• Patience, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset
• Effective communication and a strong team ethic
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or ready to apply)
• Right to work in the UK and recent employer references
• Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted 1:1 and small group interventions.
• Assist with classroom tasks, personal care (if needed), and transitions.
• Help implement EHCP strategies and behaviour support plans.
• Work closely with class teachers and SENCO staff.
• Promote student engagement and emotional well-being.
