• Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language needs.

• Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to implement individual education plans (IEPs).

• Support students in accessing the curriculum and developing social and emotional skills.

• Help to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.

• Previous experience working with children with SEN (in a school, care, or youth work setting).

• Calm, patient, and resilient approach to supporting students with diverse needs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A genuine passion for inclusive education.
