About the Role:

• Full-time role as an SEN Teaching Assistant within a mixed KS1-KS2 provision
• Supporting pupils with diverse needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language challenges
• Working both 1:1 and with small groups to help students achieve individual targets
• Creating a structured, engaging, and supportive learning environment
• Collaborating closely with teachers, the SENCo, and external specialists

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have prior experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant
• Bring a proactive, calm, and compassionate attitude to the role
• Be passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive
• Be confident in following structured support plans and using initiative where needed
