Role Overview

Join a supportive special needs setting in Bolton, helping one-to-one with a pupil with complex needs (e.g. autism, SEMH, ADHD). You'll assist with learning, behaviour, emotional regulation, personal care, and social development. You'll also work closely with teachers, parents, and professionals to follow tailored plans such as EHCPs and IEPs.

What You'll Bring

• Experience & qualifications: Previous 1:1 SEN support experience (EYFS-KS2 secondary); Level 2 or 3 TA qualification or equivalent preferred.
• Skills: Empathy, patience, communication, and behaviour-management strategies (Team Teach training available).
• Safeguarding: Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain), right to work in the UK, plus references.
