Location: Havering (Romford) Role: SEN Teaching Assistant - 1:1 Autism SupportStart Date: June 2025Contract: Long-term, Full-time Salary: £90 - £100 per day (depending on experience)

About the School:
The Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant Will Have:
?? Previous experience working with Autism (ASD) or Special Educational Needs in a school setting?? Confidence supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups (phonics experience desirable)?? Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff?? Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach?? Strong behaviour management and communication skills?? A good understanding of child development and IEP and EHCP targets
