SEN Teachers - Surrey | Start Date: September 2025

Quantum Scholars are proud to be working with a number of SEN schools across Surrey, who are seeking passionate and skilled SEN Teachers to join their teams from September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced SEN practitioners and qualified teachers with a strong interest in special educational needs to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people who require additional support.

About the Role:

  • Delivering tailored and inclusive lessons to students with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs

  • Adapting the curriculum and using differentiated teaching strategies to meet individual learning profiles

  • Collaborating with support staff, therapists, and external agencies to provide holistic care and support

  • Monitoring progress, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to EHCP reviews and intervention planning

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential

  • Proven experience teaching pupils with special educational needs, either in a specialist or mainstream setting

  • A strong understanding of individual learning needs, inclusive practice, and behaviour support strategies

  • Patience, resilience, and a genuine commitment to supporting every learner to reach their full potential

Requirements:

  • You must have the right to work in the UK

  • You must already be residing in the UK
