Your Role: As a Maths and STEM teacher, you'll deliver personalised and high-quality education tailored to individual needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Innovative Teaching: Develop and deliver engaging lessons that adhere to DFE guidelines and cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive team to enhance and enrich the curriculum.
  • Guidance: Provide leadership and support to Teaching Assistants for effective classroom management.
  • Policy Implementation: Uphold school policies, focusing on safeguarding and equal opportunities.
  • Student Monitoring: Track student progress and well-being, coordinating with support teams and professionals as needed.
