We are seeking a passionate, resilient, and dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team and make a real difference to the lives of their pupils.?? About the Role:You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties. You'll work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for every learner.? Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the school's ethos and curriculumSupport pupils with diverse learning needs, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environmentUse a range of strategies and interventions to support behaviour and emotional regulationCollaborate with the wider school team, parents, and external agenciesMonitor progress and maintain accurate records of pupil achievement�? You will need:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)Experience working with children or young people with SENA nurturing, patient, and flexible approachStrong classroom management and behaviour support skillsA genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs??
