Whether you're looking for day-to-day work or a longer-term role, we have opportunities suited to your goals-with local placements and one-on-one support.Position Overview:This is a rewarding role supporting learners with a variety of complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, SLD, CLD, and PMLD. You'll help create structured and stimulating lessons that meet each pupil's needs.Main Duties:

• Plan and lead lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
• Work with small groups and 1:1 when required
• Foster a calm, safe learning atmosphere
• Use behaviour management strategies that promote engagement
• Provide personal care support as needed

Essential Requirements:

• QTS recognised in the UK
• Must be eligible to work without sponsorship
• A current Enhanced DBS or willing to apply
• Prior experience with SEN students
• Full-time availability (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-3:30pm)
