The Role: As a valued member of our team, you will:

  • Inspire and engage students with SEMH needs through innovative and tailored teaching methods.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and support staff to create a nurturing and enriching learning environment.
  • Personalise learning plans to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring each child receives the support they require to reach their full potential.
  • Utilise your expertise to create a positive and inclusive classroom culture where all students feel valued and respected.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience working with students with SEMH needs.
  • Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young people with diverse learning needs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Resilience, patience, and a compassionate approach to supporting students through their educational journey.
