The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEND Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to inclusive education and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of each student.Responsibilities:

· Assume full teaching responsibilities for a diverse classroom of students.

· Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs).

· Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.

· Conduct assessments and provide timely feedback on student progress.

· Collaborate with other staff members to promote a holistic approach to education.

· Participate in professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

· Experience working with SEN students.

· Excellent understanding of the SEND Code of Practice.

· Strong classroom management skills.

· Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
