Look no further!An SEN SEMH School in SE25 is currently seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to join their dynamic team.Position: Teaching AssistantLocation: SE25, LondonHours: Full-time, 5 days per week, 8:30 am - 4:00 pmPay: £90 - £100 per day Roles and Responsibilities:Provide support and guidance to pupils with challenging behaviours and SEMH needs in secondary and post-16 settings.Build positive relationships with students, fostering trust and rapport.Utilise your experience and skills to effectively manage and de-escalate challenging situations.Collaborate closely with teaching staff and external professionals to ensure the holistic development of students.Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to the specific needs of each student.Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and respected.Requirements:
