Position: Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants for KS1/KS2 Duration: September 2024 to July 2025 (potential for permanent role) Location: Close to the main line station

Key Responsibilities: * Support mixed-ability student groups in Maths and literacy. * Maintain resilience and composure in handling challenging behaviour. * Collaborate with the Headteacher and leadership team to foster a positive learning environment.
