SEN TA - Prospero Teaching : Job Details

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school in Chingford. You will be supporting a little boy in Year 3 on a 1:1 basis, helping him to access the curriculum and grow in confidence.

The role will involve:

• Providing 1:1 support in class and during activities.

• Encouraging engagement, focus, and positive learning behaviours.

• Supporting social and emotional development.

• Working collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential).

• Be patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable.

• Build strong relationships with pupils and staff.

• Be passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential.
