We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants (SEN TAs) to work in inclusive and supportive mainstream primary schools across Barnet. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting difference in children's lives.

• Positions available on a full-time or part-time basis
• Working closely with pupils who have a range of SEN needs
• Supporting learning in the classroom on a one-to-one or small group basis
• Helping to implement tailored support plans and individual targets
• Assisting the class teacher with creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Promoting emotional wellbeing and encouraging positive behaviour

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN, ideally in a primary school
• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to learning support
• A strong understanding of different SEN needs such as autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or social/emotional challenges
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one before starting)
