Reed Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive School on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs (SEN) in an inclusive and nurturing educational environment.

• Provide one-to-one support for individual students with SEN, ensuring their educational and emotional needs are met.
• Assist the class teacher in implementing tailored learning plans to facilitate students’ progress.

• Collaborate with other staff members and external professionals to meet the diverse needs of our students and contribute to their holistic development.

• Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable but not essential.
