Your Mission:In this vital role, you will be the cornerstone of a supportive and innovative learning environment. You will:

• Provide empathetic, trauma-informed guidance to build confidence, emotional well-being, and academic achievement.

• Foster a nurturing space for growth through targeted one-on-one and small group interventions.

We're Looking For:

• A qualified educator holding QTS or QTLS.

• Proven experience (2+ years) supporting children with SEND, including managing complex needs and behaviours with patience and innovation.

• An updated DBS check (or willingness to apply for one) and current safeguarding certification.

• The legal right to work in the UK, supported by two professional references.
