Learning Support Teaching Assistant - SEN School

We're working with a welcoming and well-resourced SEN school in Manchester that is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in SEN or a strong desire to develop their career in education.

About the Role:

• Supporting pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
• Providing 1:1 and small group support both in and outside the classroom
• Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff
• Helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• Full-time, Monday to Friday, term-time only

Ideal Candidate:

? Experience working with children with SEN (in a school or care setting)? Calm, patient, and compassionate approach? Strong communication and teamwork skills? A genuine passion for helping young people thrive? DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
