Looking for your next step in pastoral leadership?If you’ve worked as an Inclusion Lead, SENCo, Behaviour Lead or Head of Inclusion, this is a brilliant opportunity to lead on pupil wellbeing, behaviour, and academic intervention in a vibrant secondary setting.

What you’ll do:

• Lead behaviour and welfare support across a key stage
• Deliver and track academic interventions (literacy & numeracy focus)
• Work closely with families, staff, and external agencies
• Help shape inclusive strategies and pastoral policy

What you’ll bring:

• Experience supporting young people in education
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Confidence managing behaviour and safeguarding responsibilities
• A passion for inclusion and pupil progress
