Senior HR Manager - 12m Maternity Cover - London- Vauxhall£80,000 - £90,000 + benefits (perkbox) Lovely offices based in Vauxhall, gym on-site and breakfast/ lunch provided on certain daysIdeal start would be mid July for a thorough handover4 days in office (flex on which days)Flex working - Start time between 8am and 10am and finish time between 4pm and 6pm.A lovely opportunity to join a thriving real estate business with a friendly, moivated and collaborative culture where HR is very well respected. -With a thorough, month long handover, you'll be fully up to speed to continue as the Sen. HR Manager on a 12 months FTC basis. In this varied role, you'll be operating at a Strategic and generalist level, reporting into the COO and workingclosely with both the COO and CEO. You'll also have the opportunity to liaise and partner with the Head of countries in Germany, France and Luxembourg - and visit each one once during the 12 months.

-One Key element to this role is payroll processing for UK mainly (65Employees) via ADP system. Payroll is processed internally so it is essential that the person coming into this role has good knowledge of payroll processing and happy to do this - would be a bonus if they know the ADP system.-The ideal profile would be an experienced Head of HR/ Director, or Senior HR Manager who has worked in an SME, ideally having reported into C-Suite, possibly in a standalone capacity (with line management experience), able and flexible to attend the office 4 days a week and willing to carry out payroll processing once a month for 65 or so employees. They are open to sector bkground so you don't need to have come from property or real estate.

Board Reporting:Prepare management information for the boardOwn the accompanying commentary, providing internal updates as well as balanced and well-researched market insightsFollow up on requests from the Board for additional ad-hoc reports or memos on specific topics, researching the employment landscape, analysing trends internally and providing advice as requiredContracts & Policy:Support the HR Coordinator to provide advice and guidance on contractual issues in the UK, taking responsibility for more complex issuesAssist the Head of countries in Germany, France and Luxembourg with contractual and employee relations queries in liaison with local external advisorsAct as a trusted advisor to the business on employee relations matters and with the SLT on developing internal policyUpdate policy and procedure in line with changes in legislation and best practicePayroll:Ultimately responsible for and internally processed UK payroll (c.60 employees) using ADP iHCMProviding a four-eye check on data entry and payroll output before it leaves the departmentUsing knowledge of payroll legislation, troubleshoot issues with payroll calculation and advise the HR Coordinator and Group Financial Controller on queriesEnsure compliance with all statutory requirements, working with the HR Coordinator to prepare manual calculations for statutory payments (SMP, SSP etc.) as necessaryOboarding & Offboarding:Support the HR Coordinator to deliver a seamless on/offboarding experienceMeet all new joiners to ensure are provided with a warm, genuine welcome to the teamSupport managers to effectively review (and sign off) probationary periods, taking steps to help employees ensure their success where an extension is requiredComplete exit interviews being sure to distil feedback into actionable items for leadership or heads of department and maintaining an awareness of emerging trendsLead the process of agreed exits with staff, calculating and negotiating packages and preparing bespoke paperwork with the support of external solicitors where requiredBenefits:Liaise with outsourced provider of the Group's Share Incentive Plan for employees in the UK, Germany and Luxembourg to ensure a successful delivery of the scheme for participantsOversee the HR Coordinator in the preparation of data for renewals and working closely with our brokers to get the best valueRemuneration & Salary Review:Research the market, benchmark salaries, produce worked examples and costings for different approaches providing a comprehensive proposal to the CEOManage communication with the Senior Leadership team and staff around the process and manage the HR Coordinator in producing data excerpts and final confirmation lettersBenchmark salaries and oversee submission to the WTW compensation benchmarking surveyWork with the COO and Group Financial Controller to administer complex remuneration structures including Long-term Incentive Plans, deferred and banked bonuses and company-performance related schemesYear End & Annual Report:Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to produce the HR and remuneration elements of the Annual ReportCollate and present key people data in excelProvide insightful and relevant commentary to accompany the people dataSupport the Company Secretarial team to compile directors' remuneration dataProduce CEO pay ratio information
